More Flexibility When It Matters Most
Auto-Draft Payments
- For added convenience, Premier Academy offers flexible auto-draft payment options for families. Payments may be drafted as one full payment on the 1st of each month, or split into two automatic payments on the 1st and 15th.
- If a student is enrolled between the 1st–15th of the month, the full monthly fee is due upon enrollment. If enrolled between the 16th–31st, half of the monthly fee is due upon enrollment. We follow the Alvin ISD & Pasadena ISD calendars — no month will be prorated due to breaks or holidays.
Charges & Procedure for Late Pick-Up
- Premier Academy is open until 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If students are not picked up by the scheduled closing time, a late fee of $4 per minute for each student will be charged until they are retrieved.
- Charges incurred from the 1st to the 15th are automatically deducted on the 15th; charges from the 16th to the 31st are deducted on the 1st of the following month.
Late Fees & Suspensions
- A late fee is automatically charged on the 3rd day after the payment due date. A second auto-draft attempt will be made; if still unpaid, a $30 late fee is added on day 3, and participation is temporarily suspended until the account is current.
Program Withdrawals
- A two weeks' notice is required for withdrawal, along with submission of our official Withdrawal Request Form, available below or from your campus site manager.
- If a student is withdrawn, re-admission is based on space availability and enrollment criteria. If approved for re-enrollment, a $50 re-enrollment fee applies along with payment of any outstanding balance. All fees (monthly, enrollment, or activity) are non-refundable.

To help ensure a safe, organized, and successful experience for all families, please carefully review the Premier Academy Parent Handbook prior to your child’s first day of attendance. A signed handbook is required for every enrolled child.
If the signed handbook is not received prior to your child’s first day, your child may be unenrolled until the form is completed. A $25 handbook re-activation fee applies before the student may return to the program.
