Welcome to our Communities In Schools - Texas Joint Venture (CIS) Website.

CIS is composed of three individual 501(C) 3 Non Profit agencies consisting of CIS of Brazoria County, CIS, Southeast Harris County and the North Pasadena Community Outreach (NPCO).

These 3 agencies sponsor several major programs and direct services to over 11,000 students in 47 campus based CIS programs, 34 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC), Mentoring Programs, NPCO and Alvin Family Community Center Adult and Youth Services, and Community Youth Development programs within 9 school districts.
